Bridget Heyden, LMT & Reiki Master, graduated from AACC’s massage therapy program after working for 10 years as a home economics teacher. Now a massage therapist, Bridget has found her calling by helping alleviate others’ physical and emotional pain. Bridget most enjoys focusing on the shoulders and neck to help those who experience headaches, and she also has a big soft spot for the elderly and those in recovery. Bridget is a local Sykesburgian and resides in Eldersburg with her 3 children.

The fastest way to book a massage
1. take at look at my availability here. the times that are crossed out and red are already scheduled massages. The time slots that are black are OPEN.
2.Text me at 301-789-3386 . please include the following:
- first and last name
- desired day and time
- desired massage duration.
- how you will be paying for Massage is: gift certificate, Groupon, regular card/cash.
i will respond promptly and let you know that you are good to go. Keep an eye out for a text or an email confirming the appointment.
